Fuzz Blitz Amateur Lounge is a low-barrier chess tournament for hobby players and beginners with no requirement for prior experience or membership.
The tournament is played with a 7-minute + 2-second increment per move time control, using the Swiss system over 7 rounds.
Participants are grouped into three rating classes based on Chess.com/Fuzz rating:
The Rising Star (0–299)
The Improver (300–599)
The Learner (600–999)

Everyone plays in the same tournament but competes in their own class.
There are prizes in each class, and the vibe is social, safe, and playful – focusing on mastery, community, and progress.
