With this beta release of the Fuzz app, we’re moving away from third-party tools and bringing everything into one platform. From now on, all tournament activity — registration, standings, and results — will live here. This is just the first step in building a bigger world we want to invite you into.
If you played in a Fuzzsjakk event in 2025, you already have a profile with your stats. Use the email you bought tickets with and set your password through this form.
Just sign up with your email of choice. Your initial Fuzz Elo will be the chess.com rating you provided when buying the ticket.
Most sign-up issues happen because an account already exists for your email. Try the reset-password form, to gain access. Still stuck? Contact us at mikael@fuzzsjakk.no, and we’ll help.
Inside the app, you’ll see a list of past and upcoming tournaments. Future tournaments have a “Join” button — click it to register. You’ll then see your name on the player list once you open the tournament.
Note: payments are not yet integrated, so you’ll still need to buy your ticket separately via the “Buy ticket” link.
Your main task is to register game results. Both players in each match submit the result in the app. If the reports don’t match, tournament staff will be notified and step in. You’ll find your next game, opponent, and table number under the “Next game” tab.
Both. Fuzz Beta is a Progressive Web App, which works in any browser but can also be installed to your home screen like a native app. On your first visit to fuzzbeta.no, you’ll get instructions on how to install it. Some features are easier in the app, but everything also works directly in the browser.
If you run into any problems not covered here, don’t hesitate to reach out. Our support team is available at mikael@fuzzsjakk.no and by phone 930 97 448.
